Yes, and there is no sign-up. Type a date, a time and a place and you get the whole chart — grahas, houses, nakshatra, pada and the full 120-year dasha — plus a PDF you can download. Nothing is stored afterwards.
The engine was checked against fifteen real sky events: the Lahiri ayanamsa to within 0.0015°, Makar Sankranti landing on 14 January in two separate years, and the Sun and Moon positions at the 2024 solar and 2025 lunar eclipses to under one arcminute. It is sidereal, using the same Lahiri ayanamsa every printed Indian panchang uses.
Because the lagna moves a whole rashi roughly every two hours. A guessed time gives a confidently wrong chart, which is worse than no chart. The place matters too — the same birth minute gives an ascendant over five degrees apart in Delhi and Varanasi.
No. The chart is arithmetic and it is either right or wrong; what it means is read by a person. We will not tell you that you will fall ill, marry or lose money in a given year. No honest system can know that from a birth time, and a machine saying it with confidence does real harm.
Not unless you are signed in and ask us to. A birth time is personal. The chart is worked out as the page loads and thrown away.
